Abstract

En France, l'analyse économique peine encore à trouver sa place dans les décisions touchant à la régulation du système de santé. Les administrations concernées restent en partie marquées par une tradition planificatrice, avec une prise en compte limitée des comportements individuels, « comme si les différents acteurs n'avaient pas de réactions stratégiques » (Mougeot et Naegelen, 2011). En outre, les méthodes de l'économie publique sont encore peu mobilisées pour éclairer les arbitrages en matière de dépenses de soins ou d'assurance maladie.
