Abstract

Prévenir le burnout des chefs d'entreprise est une préoccupation récente. Face à ce nouveau défi, Amarok e-Santé est un dispositif digital qui sensibilise les entrepreneurs au risque de burnout et prévient son apparition. Il concilie une large audience et une analyse personnalisée à partir des événements professionnels stressants et satisfaisants. Ce processus, en trois phases, inclut un test d'auto-évaluation, un dépistage du risque de burnout et, en cas de risque détecté, une orientation vers un écoutant. Avec plus de 26 000 diagnostics réalisés, ce dispositif est en pleine expansion en France et en Belgique, ainsi que dans le ­secteur agricole.
