Abstract

Le Revenue Management (RM) est souvent perçu comme complexe ou réservé aux campings et hôtel d'une taille importante. Pourtant, dans le secteur du camping, bien maîtrisé et adapté, il peut devenir un levier puissant pour maximiser son chiffre d'affaires, optimiser son remplissage, mieux segmenter ses clients et ajuster ses prix en fonction de la demande. Mais comment l'adapter aux spécificités du camping (clientèle fidélisée, forte proportion de ventes directes, saisonnalité, allotements TO) ? Par où commencer, quels outils et quelles missions intégrer dans votre organisation ?
