Abstract

The academic litterature relative to Corporate Social Governance points out the analysis of contents rather of process, and contractual rather organizational approaches. The paper summarizes an exploratory inquiry on the influence of the organization of a governance system – more particularly of the influence of the structure of the board of administrators and of the committees – in the process of corporate value creation.
