Abstract

Nous proposons une revue de cadrage des revues structurées publiées sur la blockchain dans les supply chains (BBSC), en gestion. La technologie blockchain permet de concevoir des chaînes d'approvisionnement plus participatives, transparentes et efficaces qui contribuent à la durabilité des systèmes alimentaires. Nous avons recensé et analysé 19 revues structurées depuis 2019. La question de l'intégration de la blockchain dans la supply chain est ainsi analysée à travers des thématiques variées qui laissent apparaitre de nombreuses limites qui nous servent à proposer un cadre conceptuel des dynamiques des BBSC et des voies futures de recherche.
