Abstract

Fruit du travail d'un groupe de chercheurs et de décideurs publics spécialisés dans l'économie sociale des questions environnementales, cet ouvrage propose des réformes précises et concrètes pour engager la France sur la voie de l'économie verte.Développer l'économie verte en France, c'est utiliser la contrainte environnementale comme un levier pour le développement économique et humain du pays en favorisant l'activité économique et l'emploi d'une part, en améliorant le bien-être et en réduisant les inégalités sociales d'autre part. L'ouvrage offre à la fois un éclairage pour le grand public et des réflexions et des solutions aux décideurs publics et privés. Dans un style engagé et un langage non technique, les auteurs avancent leurs analyses et leurs réformes pour réduire les inégalités, réformer la fiscalité, développer l'emploi et les qualifications, mieux orienter les politiques industrielle et d'innovation, garantir une véritable responsabilité sociale et environnementale des entreprises, concevoir et mettre en œuvre de nouveaux indicateurs de développement humain et rendre nos territoires plus soutenables (résumé de l'éditeur).
