Abstract

L'agriculture bretonne est confrontée à un nouvel environnement économique caractérisé par l'encadrement quantitatif de certaines de ses productions et la montée des préoccupations liées à l'importance de la pollution d'origine agricole. L'adaptation à moyen terme du secteur aura des répercussions sur l'industrie agro-alimentaire et l'ensemble de l'économie régionale. L'exploration des voies d'adaptation possibles est menée à l'aide d'un modèle de Léontief de l'économie bretonne détaillant le complexe agricole et agro-alimentaire breton. Ces deux documents présentent la méthode suivie pour construire le tableau d'échanges interindustriels régional et en particulier les matrices de production et d'utilisations intermédiaires de l'agriculture et de l'agro-alimentaire.
