Abstract

La gestion des risques SPS par les metteurs en marché se fait d'autant plus facilement que l'on a une bonne coordination dans la relation avec les producteurs. Dans un contexte où la concentration des volumes devient incontournable sur les grands marchés d'exportation, la gouvernance d'entreprise ou de groupe d'entreprises est le cadre dans lequel doivent être réfléchis ces problèmes. Une première réflexion a été conduite pour la France en se focalisant sur deux modèles contrastés de gouvernance concernant des groupes d'entreprises d'envergure nationale, voire internationale.
