Incitation salariale et groupement d'employeurs

Abstract

Face à la montée du salariat à temps partiel notamment dans les groupements d'employeurs agricoles, nous étudions cette structure afin de rendre plus attractif l'emploi salarié dans un groupement d'employeurs : paiement incitatif des salariés et conditions de son existence. Chaque membre au sein du groupement d'employeurs a sa pondération exogène qui est un paramètre important car il conditionne tant les revenus des membres du groupement que les paiements que ceux-ci donnent au salarié. Il apparaît aussi, en cas d'effort salarial (observable ou non) identique selon les employeurs, qu'il existe une condition suffisante pour qu'un paiement incitatif existe. Le contrat incitatif en cas d'effort salarial (observable ou non) différencié par employeur existe par contre sans condition particulière.
