Abstract

Véritable phénomène de société, la création d'entreprise progresse régulièrement en France et en 2005, 320 000 entreprises ont été créées ! "Monter sa boîte", mais aussi intraprendre pour le compte de son entreprise, développer un projet au sein d'une administration ou créer une association sont quelques-unes des facettes de l'entrepreneuriat, dont Alain Fayolle et Louis Jacques Filion, eux-mêmes entrepreneurs, éclairent ici les enjeux. Ils expliquent ainsi comment structurer sa démarche, apprendre à réfléchir de façon entrepreneuriale, développer les bons réflexes. Puis, dans un deuxième temps, ils livrent les outils spécifiques à l'entrepreneuriat. En offrant au lecteur les moyens de la réflexion et ceux de l'action, les auteurs proposent une approche globale de l'entrepreneuriat qui va de la naissance du projet jusqu'à sa réalisation et ses aspects les plus concrets. Dirigeants de PME et d'entreprises familiales, travailleurs indépendants, intrapreneurs, étudiants, tous trouveront dans cet ouvrage les ressources pour mûrir et réfléchir leur projet et les outils pour le réaliser.
