Abstract

Les dépenses militaires sont justifiées par la nécessaire sécurité nationale d'un pays, face à la course aux armements, aux nouvelles menaces (souvent encore mal définies mais potentiellement dangereuses), aux accords entre les pays alliés, à l'existence d'une industrie nationale d'armement, à la R&D militaire, à la situation du budget de l'Etat et celle de l'économie nationale.
