Abstract

Cet article propose une modélisation des conditions du bien-être au travail par l'étude de quatre dimensions : le sens du travail, le lien, l'activité et le confort (SLAC). Après une analyse de la littérature sur le bien-être, la robustesse du modèle SLAC est confrontée à deux corpus de données : une enquête auprès d'une collectivité territoriale (N = 1127) et un baromètre qualité de vie au travail dans une banque en ligne (N = 111). L'article met en évidence la pertinence du modèle SLAC sur les deux terrains comme cadre de compréhension et de diagnostic du bien-être et de la qualité de vie au travail.
