Abstract

Quelles modalités permettent qu'une recherche en gestion soit à la fois directement utile dans l'entreprise et génératrice de connaissances scientifiques nouvelles ? La « recherche ingénierique » – où le chercheur devient un « ingénieur organisationnel » qui conçoit un outil, le met en place dans l'entreprise et l'évalue avec les utilisateurs – se propose d'atteindre ce double objectif, montrent les auteurs en s'appuyant sur plusieurs exemples de recherches récentes ayant conduit à des applications pratiques. Un plaidoyer, aussi, pour la démarche constructiviste et les approches prenant en compte la complexité des processus en matière de gestion.
