Abstract

Cette recherche porte sur les valeurs des dirigeants de PME d'une région désindustrialisée et vise à comprendre comment ils envisagent leur engagement à l'égard du développement durable, leur ancrage dans le territoire et leur responsabilité à l'égard de son développement. Elle révèle que les dirigeants ont une perspective traditionnelle de leur responsabilité, et que même si leurs valeurs sont compatibles avec celles du développement durable, ils restent centrés sur leur entreprise et s'envisagent peu comme des acteurs à part entière du devenir du territoire, de son développement et de sa transition.
