Pourquoi et comment le marketing à l’hôpital ?

Abstract

Le marketing à l'hôpital répond à une évolution sociale et sociétale inéluctable et irréversible. De façon générale, nous baignons dans un environnement marketing et il ne saurait en être autrement de l'hôpital. Le patient s'émancipe, encouragé par des politiques de standardisation du soin et une information surabondante. Il existe plusieurs façons d'implémenter le marketing dans ce contexte, certaines plus stratégiques, d'autres plus opérationnelles. L'auteur propose ici un cadre intégrateur qui permet d'envisager un marketing compatible avec les valeurs fondamentales consubstantielles au secteur de la santé et répondant aux contraintes réglementaires de l'hôpital.
