Abstract

La « Chine technologique », ou cette partie avancée de l'écosystème industriel chinois, loin d'être seulement un marché pour les firmes occidentales ou une vaste entreprise de dumping pour des technologies mûres appelée à s'essouffler financièrement, possède un véritable « avantage comparatif construit » sur les plans de la technologie et de la techno-gouvernance. L'enjeu est de saisir comment ce véritable écosystème a été patiemment bâti au moyen d'une vision cohérente « de la mine au prescripteur technologique », pour évaluer ses résiliences actuelle et future.
