Abstract

Dans cette communication, nous proposons une synthèse des recherches menées depuis maintenant trente-cinq années sur l " enseignement commercial au XIXième siècle, période marquée par la révolution industrielle et de manière concomitante par une révolution de l " enseignement. Au sein de ce travail, nous nous intéresserons au contenu des enseignements, ainsi qu " aux discour(s) visant à légitimer ces derniers, et verrons dans quelle mesure les diverses institutions de l " enseignement commercial au XIXième siècle ont pu aider au développement des « savoirs explicités à destinations des gestionnaires ».
