Abstract

Depuis le milieu des années soixante-dix la France a connu, comme d'ailleurs ses partenaires d'Europe continentale, une décélération continue de la croissance, à l'exception de la brève reprise de la fin des années quatre-vingt. Quelle est la part des facteurs d'offre et de demande dans cette évolution.? Quels liens y a-t-il entre ce ralentissement de la croissance et la montée puis la persistance d'un chômage de masse.? Quel taux de croissance faudrait-il retrouver au cours des prochaines années pour engendrer une baisse significative du chômage.? Quelles politiques permettraient de retrouver une croissance durable.? Telles sont les questions qu'aborde ce quatrième rapport du Conseil d'Analyse Économique consacré à la croissance et l'emploi (...).
