Abstract

Depuis février 2007, la France a pris des mesures obligeant les industriels agroalimentaires à insérer des bandeaux sanitaires dans les messages publicitaires afin de prévenir l'obésité des enfants. L'objectif de cet article est d'étudier l'impact de ces bandeaux sanitaires sur les pratiques de consommation des enfants au sein de la famille. Les résultats de la recherche soulignent que les enfants ont bien compris les objectifs de ces bandeaux, qu'ils ont intériorisé les référentiels fournis par ces bandeaux mais que cela ne s'est pas traduit par des modifications substantielles dans leurs comportements alimentaires
