Abstract

Mais pourquoi une mesure soutenue par tous, et qui devait sauver la planète, a-t-elle finalement échoué? L'autopsie de la taxe carbone est riche d'enseignements. Jean-Charles Hourcade, témoin du processus, y voit l'effet non seulement de la crise, mais aussi de la fragmentation du mouvement social et, surtout, de la primauté du consommateur sur le citoyen. D'aujourd'hui comme de demain.
