Abstract

Cet ouvrage propose un cadre d'analyse de la confiance et ouvre des pistes pour son utilisation raisonnée dans les organisations, afin de permettre aux différents acteurs de se poser les bonnes questions avant d'agir. Pour ce faire, il utilise les apports de nombreuses disciplines des sciences sociales, en particulier l'organizational behavior, en privilégiant toutefois l'oeuvre du sociologue allemand Georg Simmel (la confiance comme " suspension du doute rationnel ") et celle du philosophe Paul Ricoeur (le difficile rôle du leader dans la construction d'une identité narrative, le parcours qu'il doit accomplir pour être reconnu et le rôle de la promesse dans la construction de la confiance). Bernard Ramanantsoa et Roland Reitter se sont appuyés sur le " Trust Management Institute - TMI ", cercle de réflexion et d'action sur cette notion de confiance, créé par plusieurs dirigeants et consultants
