L'administrateur indépendant en France: Les risques du métier face à la mondialisation de la finance

Suite à la multiplication des scandales financiers, le cadre institutionnel réagit, à chaque fois, pour palier aux différents dysfonctionnements décelés dans le système de gouvernement d'entreprise. Face à la richesse ou à la complexité de ce cadre institutionnel de plus en plus international, les administrateurs disposent-t-ils toujours des moyens nécessaires pour accomplir leurs missions ? La recherche investit le rôle des institutions dans l'instauration des règles de gouvernement d'entreprise et surtout dans l'accompagnement des administrateurs. Nous prenons pour étude l'Institut Français des Administrateurs (IFA) dans le contexte français. L'objectif est de décrypter le rôle de cet institut dans la promotion de la compétence et du " professionnalisme" des administrateurs à travers l'étude de ses positions, ses partenariats et ses orientations.
