Decision theory and its applications (Research Operational ; Investment choices ; Game-Theory ...) is often used in organizations'management MARCHESNAY (2000) considers that entrepreneurship and management are oxymorous; Should we conclude then that Decision Theory cannot be applied to entrepreneurship or should be adapted ? How to do this ? How is built the entrepreneurial decision ? Business Plan is frequently presented as the evaluation tool for entrepreneurship. If its building is not possible or would be too long, a business model is supposed to authorize decision'evaluation and convince partners. What do these practice teach for applying decision theory ? The communication's aim is to answer to these questions. A general framework for valuating decisions will be first proposed (1). It will be applied to entrepreneurship field (2) and finally to strategic crisis situations (3), this extension revealing the capacity of entrepreneurship research to enrich managerial research and not only the other way round as people often think.
