Abstract

Ce rapport a pour objectif d'analyser les risques professionnels et leur prévention dans le travail en sous-traitance pour le secteur marchand à partir de l'enquête Conditions de Travail – Risques Psychosociaux (CT-RPS) 2016. Grâce à ses deux volets, employeurs et salariés, l'enquête permet d'étudier les conditions de travail et les risques professionnels vécus par les salariés au regard de la diversité des pratiques des établissements en matière de prévention, en lien avec leur position dans les chaînes de sous-traitance. Ce rapport a été réalisé dans le cadre de l'appel à projets de recherche lancé en 2018 et financé par la Dares : « Face aux risques professionnels et aux atteintes à la santé, quelle prévention ?, Post-enquêtes et exploitations secondaires des enquêtes CT-RPS 2016 et Sumer 2017 ».
