Abstract

Este trabajo propone un marco conceptual multidimensional para analizar la salud, alimentación y bienestar infantil más allá del peso e IMC. Mediante revisión de literatura, talleres participativos con niñas y niños y consulta con expertos, identifica limitaciones de enfoques biomédicos y plantea políticas públicas integrales que incorporen dimensiones físicas, emocionales, sociales y estructurales, así como la participación infantil en la construcción de su bienestar.
