Abstract

Tanto el marco legal sobre tierras como las políticas económicas orientadas al sector agropecuario han sufrido drásticos cambios en las últimas tres décadas en el Perú. El país ha pasado de una aproximación intervencionista y de fuerte regulación estatal a una orientación liberal, basada fundamentalmente en la apertura comercial y el libre funcionamiento de los mercados.
