Creciendo en el Perú: una mirada longitudinal al uso del tiempo de los niños y las niñas en el campo y la ciudad

Abstract

Sobre la base de los datos cualitativos del estudio Niños del Milenio, esta investigación se centra en las transiciones sociales de un grupo de niños entre 9 y 10 años. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es reflexionar acerca de cómo estos niños utilizan su tiempo para asumir nuevas funciones y responsabilidades en la realización de tareas cotidianas. En este sentido, las autoras destacan las similitudes y diferencias entre áreas geográficas (urbana y rural), a fin de comprender las diferentes maneras de crecer en el Perú y evidenciar las múltiples formas de ser niño, y las diversas infancias existentes en el país.
