Abstract

Depuis quelques annees, la fonction > a subi de profondes mutations. Un tel processus de renouvellement aura vraisemblablement dans le future proche, un impact son seulement sur le contenu de la tache et des role des professionnels en ressources humaines mais aussi sur leur carriere. L'objet de la presente etude est de mieux comprendre une facette de cette transformation en identifiant les facteurs qui pousseraient le sprofessionnels a remettre en question leur choix de carriere.
