Abstract

On estime que les ressources humaines affectees aux sciences et a la technologie revetent de l'importance sur le plan de la croissance econoique du Canada en raison du role cle qu'elles jouent dans le developpemnt et l'utilisation des nouvelles technologies. Pour mieux comprendre les liens de ce groupe avec l'industrie, l'article examine la structure demographique, le profil sur les conditions d'emploi et de la scolarite ainsi que les conditions de travail.
