Non-equivalence ricardienne, chocs fiscaux et fluctuations dans une petite economie ouverte

Abstract

L'objectif de ce papier est, en premier lieu, d'analyser la dynamique induite par des chocs fiscaux dans un modele d'equilibre general intertemporel stochastique dans lequel l'hypothese d'equivalence ricardienne n'est pas verifiee (l'horizon des agents etant plus court que celui du gouvernement). Il s'avere que la dynamique macroeconomique est tres differente selon que l'on considere une taxe forfaitaire ou une taxe distorsive sur la production. En outre, il s'agit d'evaluer la capacite de tels chocs fiscaux a rendre compte des fluctuations de l'economie francaise consideree comme une petite economie ouverte. A cet egard, il semble que nous puissions parler de modele de cycle fiscal, un certain nombre de faits stylises peut, en effet, etre reproduit en ne considerant que ces chocs.
