Positionnement des organismes de formation dans la branche formation continue

Abstract

Depuis deux siecles, le systeme de formation continue a connu de nombreuses transformations qui ont conduit au developpement d'un systeme complexe. L'article analyse l'evolution historique de la branche formation continue a l'origine d'une diversite des categories institutionnelles non sans incidence sur la nature des prestations, des publics et du positionnement strategique des firmes. Il apprehende les strategies de developpement des organismes de formation et montre que les modalites de concurrence dependent de la segmentation strategique du marche de la formation continue.
