Abstract

Ce document de travail presente des particularites du developpement economique du Viet-Nam qui, depuis le debut de le decennie, a connu de profonds changements en s'acheminant d'un systeme planifie vers l'economie de marche. Sa croissance remarquable s'est fondee sur les exportations, les investissements directs etrangers et les reformes menees dans le cadre de la strategie de renouveau, le "Doi Moi". Nous evoquons les politiques macroeconomiques et les reformes qui ont mene au succes de la stabilisation ainsi que l'ouverture croissante a l'economie mondiale sur le plan commercial et financier.
