Salaire d'efficience et mesures publiques d'aide a l'insertion

Abstract

Dans ce modele de salaire d'efficience, le salaire a un effet incitatif sur l'effort des employes. La formation, delivree par les mesures publiques d'aide a l'insertion, est modelisee par un etat supplementaire dans l'economie. A l'equilibre les entreprises ne remunerent pas l'accroissement de capital humain permis par la formation. L'augmentation de la quantite de capital humain delivree par la formation implique une augmentation du salaire d'equilibre et une diminution du taux de chomage. En revanche, les effets de l'indemnite percue en formation, et du taux d'accession a la mesure publique, sont ambigus.
