Abstract

Los trabajos recogidos en este documento analizan desde distintas perspectivas el proyecto de ley de reforma concursal, actualmente en trámite parlamentario, poniendo el acento en la filosofía del proyecto y destacando los cambios más importantes que éste introduce en relación con la normativa preexistente. Todos ellos comparten una valoración generalmente positiva del texto, pero también llaman la atención sobre posibles riesgos, aportando diversas sugerencias para mitigarlos.
