Comentarios sobre la reforma del mercado eléctrico

Abstract

El objeto de este trabajo es analizar el contenido de la propuesta de la CE (sección 2) y comentar brevemente, de un modo no técnico, el grado de coincidencia con la propuesta del Gobierno español (sección 3). El trabajo concluye con una valoración final sobre la propuesta de la CE, teniendo en cuenta que algunos de los asuntos que se desea incorporar a las normas requerirán posteriormente de un cuidadoso despliegue regulatorio, aún por definir, y por lo tanto resulta complicado en algunos casos poder una hacer una valoración sobre los efectos esperados.
