Las finanzas autonómicas en 2020 y entre 2003 y 2020

Abstract

En este informe se analiza la evolución de los ingresos y gastos autonómicos, el saldo presupuestario del sector y su stock de deuda desde 2003 hasta el presente. En la primera parte del trabajo se presta especial atención al comportamiento del gasto por habitante a precios constantes. Seguidamente se analizan en cierto detalle las cuentas de los últimos ejercicios, destacando el efecto que sobre ellas han tenido algunos factores atípicos.
