Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza el sistema de financiaciÛn de las comunidades autÛnomas de rÈgimen com˙n. La primera parte contiene una descripciÛn del funcionamiento del sistema y de sus resultados cuantitativos a competencias homogÈneas. En la segunda parte se realiza un an·lisis crÌtico del diseno del sistema y se avanzan algunas propuestas para su reforma.
