Türkiye’de Finansal Entegrasyon ve Ekonomik Büyüme Arasındaki İlişkisi

Abstract

Günümüzde ekonomik sitemde küreselleşme neticesinde finansal entegrasyon kaçınılmaz hale gelmiştir. Türkiye’de finansal anlamda liberalizasyon, 32 Sayılı Karar neticesinde finansal entegrasyon haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, finansal entegrasyon ve ekonomik büyüme arasındaki ilişkinin 1989-2014 yılları için açıklanmasıdır. Çalışmada, finansal entegrasyon ve ekonomik büyüme arasındaki ilişki nedensellik analizi kullanılarak açıklanmıştır. Granger nedensellik analizi neticesinde ilişkinin yönünün finansal gelişmeden ekonomik büyümeye doğru olduğu bulgusuna rastlanmıştır.
