Innoveren in het consumentgerichte bedrijfsleven

Abstract

Innoveren is niet alleen belangrijk voor grote industriële multinationals, maar ook voor kleine bedrijven uit consumentgerichte sectoren zoals de detailhandel, horeca en ambacht. Ook in deze sectoren wordt veel en vaak geïnnoveerd, en deze innovaties verbeteren de winstgevendheid van de betrokken bedrijven. De kennis en houding van ondernemers spelen hierbij een belangrijke rol. Wat opvalt aan de rol van kennis, is dat het hierbij vooral om de marktkennis van ondernemers gaat. Het algemene opleidingsniveau is minder belangrijk en het aantal jaren ervaring als ondernemer lijkt al helemaal geen positieve invloed te hebben.
