Prikaz novela zakona o tržištu kapitala

Abstract

Budući da su sveobuhvatne reforme tržišta kapitala i financijskih usluga bile jedan od uvjeta za članstvo u Europskoj Uniji, to je i Republika Hrvatska morala uvažavati odredbe jedinstvene pravno-regulatorne institucionalizacije financijskog sustava u EU. Jedan od posljednjih zahtjeva za usklađivanja jest usklađenje s Direktivom 2013/50/EU. Sabor je sukladno tome po hitnom postupku donio Zakon o izmjenama i dopunama zakona o tržištu kapitala Narodne novine 110/15. Autori rada analiziraju koje su novine uvedene u odnosnu na dosadašnje stanje. Ovim dopunama i izmjenama usklađuju se dva partikularna područja ZTK-a s regulativom EU-a o tržištima kapitala. Prvo područje odnosi se na zahtjeve izvještavanja i transparentnosti, dok drugo područje odnosi se na prekršajne odredbe.
