Abstract

La presente publicación acerca de la economía del cambio climático en Chile es una muestra del compromiso que tanto el Gobierno de Chile como la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL) tienen con este tema. El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar el efecto económico que puede tener el cambio climático en Chile en los próximos 100 años. En este marco, se evalúan los impactos potenciales del cambio climático, se estudian las opciones de adaptación, se analizan las proyecciones de emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero (GEI) y las opciones de mitigación para el país.
