Abstract

El Seminario de Estadisticas de Servicio en Programas de Planificacion Familiar, forma parte de un ciclo de reuniones organizadas anualmente por CELADE destinadas a discutir diversos aspectos de la evaluacion de dichos programas. Respondiendo a la necesidad de formar tecnicos capaces de cumplir con tareas concretas dentro del proceso evaluativo, el seminario se oriento especificamente a capacitar a los funcionarios en la implementacion y manejo de estadisticas de servicio que proporcionen la informacion necesaria para la administracion y evaluacion de los programas. Se detallan los objetivos, contenidos y metodologia desarrollados durante Octubre 1973 a Noviembre de 1974 y se incluye la evaluacion hecha por los 24 alumnos asistentes.
