Abstract

El propósito general de este documento es aportar a la identificación de las condiciones que favorecen el despliegue del potencial de las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación para promover la inclusión social y la universalización de los derechos ciudadanos. Su propósito específico es explorar las condiciones bajo las cuales las escuelas y colegios que incorporan el uso de las TIC a la enseñanza mejoran sus capacidades para reducir la brecha digital y para fortalecer su propio papel como principal agente en el desacoplamiento de orígenes sociales y logros educativos.
