Inventario de instrumentos fiscales verdes en América Latina: experiencias, efectos y alcances

Abstract

En este documento se analiza las experiencias de uso de instrumentos fiscales con propósitos ambientales en los países de América Latina y el Caribe. Con este propósito, se realiza un inventario de las principales acciones emprendidas, tratando de identificar casos exitosos que sirvan para delinear caminos que podrían recorrer las economías de la región para avanzar en la implementación de reformas fiscales ambientales.
