Abstract

El estudio está integrado por cinco secciones, que dan cuenta de la complejidad de procesos e interacciones generadas a nivel micro, meso y macroeconómico para explicar las dinámicas de innovación en diferentes regiones y sectores. Donde se enfatiza el tránsito desde una estructura productiva asociada a los commodities hacia una más intensiva en conocimiento, las opciones se orientan a transformar los factores que limitan los procesos de aprendizajes y el desarrollo de capacidades de absorción de conocimientos a nivel empresarial. Por ello, en el análisis se han destacado las redes interinstitucionales que generan una nueva arquitectura de conexiones entre las empresas y las diferentes organizaciones educativas, de investigación, consultorías y similares.
