Pobreza energética en América Latina

Abstract

En este trabajo se propone abordar el tema de pobreza energética, esto con el fin de destacar la dimensión social de los usos de energía y, tener así, una visión integral y más equitativa del vínculo entre energía, pobreza y medio ambiente. Se propone para ello el concepto “Pobreza Energética en el Hogar” y el método “Satisfacción de Necesidades Absolutas de Energía”, como un marco conceptual y metodológico que aborde esta temática dentro de las Ciencias Sociales.
