La escuela austríaca: ¿una propuesta metodológica actual?

Abstract

Este artículo tiene como objetivo evaluar la escuela austríaca desde el punto de vista de la metodología actual. Circunscribimos el análisis, dentro del conjunto muy amplio de autores y formulaciones muy heterogéneas de esta escuela, a las aportaciones de Mises y Hayek. Por ser ambos tan prolíficos y tratar temas tan diversos solamente se examinan con detalle dos conceptos: los valores y el papel de matematización en Economía.
