Abstract

(VF)Les cadres d’unités de soins occupent une position d’interface RH entre la direction des ressources humaines, la direction des soins et le personnel paramédical. Ce papier de recherche montre, sur la base d’entretiens comme d’observations, que leur fonction ne se limite pas au management opérationnel des équipes de soins. Les cadres d’unité participent aussi à des fonctions qui relèvent du management stratégique, du management des processus et du management du changement pour être en mesure de constituer des équipes stables, bien formées et unies.(VA)Managers of care units occupy a position of interface between the human resources department, the service of the management of care and the care staff. This research paper, based on interviews and observations, shows that their function are not limited to operational management of care teams. These executives also participate in functions that belong to strategic management, management processes and change management, to be able to form stable, well trained and united teams.
