Abstract

(VA) This paper is motivated by the ubiquity of risk in managerial decision-making. It aims at giving a more precise definition of the notion of ethical risk by using a stakeholder-based approach. After a succinct presentation of the various tools used in the management of ethical risks, it highlights the paradoxical nature of this management process.
