La Losen: una nueva regulación del sistema eléctrico

Abstract

El presente trabajo analiza las características de la Ley de Ordenación del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional (B.O.E. 31/12/94). Para ello se estudia su relación con el anterior marco regulatorio del sector y se infiere el tipo de incentivos derivados de la misma.
